The folks believed responsible for hacking into AT&T last summer and grabbing the emails of famous iPad users like Rahm Emmanuel and Harvey Weinstein, have been arrested. Daniel Spitler, 26, of San Francisco and Andrew Auernheimer, 25, of Fayetteville, Ark., have each been charged with one count of fraud and one count of conspiracy to access a computer without authorization, the U.S. prosecutors announced today in Newark, N.J.
Gamestop, the US video game retailer, is planning to open a digital game marketplace on Android. The application will be called Kongregate Arcade, which will leverage those same experiences found online. The app will be available to users from the Android Market for free. Inside the game, users will be have access to 300 free games to start.

A company sales manager told IDG that two to three new tablets, sized at either 7 or 10 inches diagonally, for the first half of this year. I'm listening to your telling us that Samsung has not updated a phone to 2.2. I'm finding the same thing with my HTC Mytouch Slide. It was supposed to be released to the phone by December 15. It still hasn't happened. It seems the same shenanigans that Samsung is pulling is being pulled by HTC. - David
